IPTV on Firestick: Step-by-Step Setup Guide

• A Fire TV Stick or Fire TV that runs Fire OS (Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Stick 4K, 4K Max and Fire TV Cube).
• Your Strong IPTV Fox login: Xtream Codes (server, username, password) or an M3U link. We send it on WhatsApp 2–3 minutes after you subscribe, or for the free 24-hour trial.
• A stable connection: about 15 Mbps for HD and 40 Mbps for 4K. For 4K, use 5 GHz Wi-Fi near the router or an Ethernet adapter.

Both IPTV players work on Firestick with Xtream Codes and M3U, and both show the TV guide (EPG). On AIDO TV, the full guide, catch-up and more than one playlist need Premium. Not sure which one to pick? Start with AIDO TV if you want the simplest setup, or TiviMate if you want the IPTV app most of our Firestick customers use.

TiviMate isn't in the Amazon Appstore, so you install it from the developer's official download page with the free Downloader app.

      On the Fire TV home screen, open Find and search for Downloader.

      Select the Downloader app and choose Get or Download.

   allow Downloader to install apps

      Go to Settings › My Fire TV › Developer Options.

      Open Install unknown apps and switch Downloader to ON.

      Don't see Developer Options? Go to Settings › My Fire TV › About, select your device name 7 times, then go back.

   Menu names can vary slightly between Fire TV models.

      Open Downloader.

      In the address box, type the developer's code 272483 (or tivimate.com/apk) and select Go.

      When the download finishes, select Install, then Open.

   Open TiviMate and select Add playlist.

   Choose Xtream Codes.

   Enter the server URL, username and password from our WhatsApp message, exactly as written, then select Next.

   TiviMate loads your channels and TV guide. Give the playlist a name and select Done.

Using an M3U link instead? Choose M3U playlist in step 2 and paste the full link. Xtream Codes is easier to type with a remote and loads the TV guide automatically, so we recommend it.

   On the Fire TV home screen, open Find and search for AIDO TV.

   Select Get or Download, then open the app.

   Select Manage lists, then + Add list.

   Under Type, choose Xtream and enter a name, the server address, username and password. For an M3U link, choose M3U and paste the link.

   Select Save and wait for your channels to load.

Typing with the remote is slow? AIDO TV also lets you add the login from your phone: Settings › Manage lists › Add from your phone.

• Use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet adapter for 4K channels. Weak Wi-Fi causes more buffering than a slow internet plan.
• Restart the Firestick once in a while: Settings › My Fire TV › Restart.
• Clear the app cache if channels load slowly: Settings › Applications › Manage installed applications › the app › Clear cache (not Clear data).
• Keep enough free storage: remove apps you don't use.
• Switch to the HD or SD version of a channel when your connection slows down during a big game.
