Strong IPTV Fox ("we", "us", "our") runs strongiptvfox.com and sells IPTV subscriptions. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, order a plan or contact us, why we need it, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name or nickname and your WhatsApp or Telegram number, when you message us, order a plan or ask for a trial.
- Order and account information: the plan and number of screens you choose, your order and expiry dates, your country, your device and player app, and the login details we create for you.
- Payment information: the payment method you use and a payment reference (for example a PayPal transaction ID or a crypto transaction ID). We never receive or store your full card number or your bank login. Payments are handled by the payment service you choose.
- What you send us in chat: your messages, and any screenshots or photos you share so we can help you.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, basic data such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view, collected by our hosting provider for security and site performance. We don't use advertising trackers.
2. How we use your information
- To set up your subscription and send you your login details.
- To help you install and use the service on your device.
- To answer your questions and give support before and after you buy.
- To manage renewals when you ask to renew, and to process refunds.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised sharing of accounts.
- To keep the website secure and working well.
We only send you messages about your own order or support request. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
3. Legal basis (EU, EEA and UK visitors)
If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, we use your data on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you (setting up and supporting the subscription you ordered), our legitimate interests (keeping the website and the service secure, preventing fraud), legal obligations (for example accounting records), and your consent where it is required.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies that are needed for the website to work and stay secure. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work correctly without the essential ones. If we ever add analytics cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
5. Who we share your data with
We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we never share your payment details. We share data only with:
- Payment services you choose to pay with (PayPal, card processors, MoneyGram, Remitly, Western Union or a crypto network), to complete your payment.
- Messaging apps we use to talk to you (WhatsApp and Telegram), which handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
- Our hosting provider, which runs and protects the website.
- Authorities, only when the law requires us to.
Some of these providers may process data in countries other than yours. When they do, we rely on their own safeguards for international transfers.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your order, contact and support records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after it ends, so we can help you if you renew, answer refund requests and keep the accounting records we must keep. Chat screenshots you send for support are used only to solve that problem. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).
7. How we protect your data
Your login details are sent to you privately on WhatsApp or Telegram. We limit who on our team can see customer information, and we never ask for your card number, bank login or passwords in a chat. If someone asks you for these while claiming to be Strong IPTV Fox, don't send them and message us on our official number to check. 8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong
- delete your data
- limit or object to how we use it
- give you your data in a format you can reuse
You can also withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK and you aren't happy with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Children
Our website and services are only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as official app stores or consumer agencies. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
